Hi, Iapos;m new to this community and my husband and I just bought the G3 16gb iPhones yesterday. We moved to WA due to an Army move and we had to give up US Cellular since they donapos;t provide service to our new area. Well we tried Sprint and got the Samsung Instinct, we liked the phone pretty much but my husband couldnapos;t get service on base most of the time. We decided to go with ATT since they have better service and all our friends in central and on the east coast have it, we can take advantage of the mobile to mobile since our times are so different and then we wonapos;t have to wait to call them in the evening and itapos;s so late by them.

We got the G3 iPhones and love them so far, but mine seems to be having problems with the touch screen. At first I just figured Iapos;m having more problems getting use to it but my husband who has big hands/fingers was having no problems. I was starting to get annoyed that the touch screen sensitivity was lower than the Samsun Instinct. I thought it was all iPhones and thought I would just have to get use to it. But more and more Iwould have totouch harder ona buttonon the screen just to trigger it and sometimes no matter how hard I touch it, it wonapos;t work. But this varies every time, itapos;s not just certain areas or in certain sections. But Ido notice that when ever I try and change the sound/ringer for anything sometimes I have to hit my choice like 3 or more times to activate it.

My husband didnapos;t understand why I was having so much problems. Then he was messing with my phone to apply something and said the touch sensitivity is different than his. I played with his phone and everything works so nice and the sensitivity is perfect. Then Inoticed my screen is also not leveled. The left side rises above the silveredge and the right side goes below the silver edgejust a little. Could this be the problem? Is there a way to change the sensitivity? On the Samsung Instinct you can change the sensitivity. Iapos;m just worried that since we bought it already and ATT doesnapos;t offer an insurance deal for this phone, that Iwill have to send it into Apple to get it checked/fixed. I donapos;t know how long that would take and I really canapos;t be without my phone for too long. Ialso donapos;t want to pay for a monthapos;s worth of service if I donapos;t have my phone for a month.

Can anyone help me or suggest anything? Does anyone know if ATT will work with me in possibly exchanging/swapping for another one since we just bought them last night? Every thing else seems to be working fine once Ican click something. Oh and when texting, the touch seems just fine, itapos;s when I do anything else that it seems to be "acting up". Thanx for any help or suggestions.
